            No.PSERC/Secy/Regu. 66  -    The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby approves the following amendments in the procedure for payment of compensation in the event of failure to meet the Standards of Performance by the Licensee as envisaged in Regulation 26 of the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Electricity Supply Code and Related Matters) Regulations, 2007 and enforce the provisions for payment of compensation in the event of failure on the part of the Licensee to meet the standards of performance notified vide Notification dated the 2nd December, 2011 and published in Punjab Govt. Gazette (Extra) dated the 5th December 2011.

 

1.            In Ref. No.1.5, Page 2 under column - designated functionary to deliver the service,  ‘AE/AEE’ incharge of Sub-station is substituted by ‘Sr.XEN/Grid Construction’.

2.            In Ref. No. 7(a), Page 4, under column - designated functionary  to deliver service,  ‘AE/AEE incharge of area/function’  is substituted by ‘ARA/RA’.   

3.            In Part B – Date of commencement:    ‘except in case of Ref. No. 2.1 (b), for which date of commencement shall be 1st January 2014’   is added.
